We are currently looking for a reliable and hardworking Customer Care Associate. The hired candidate needs to be proficient in skills required and be responsible to handle various tasks as outlined below.


We are looking for a confident individual who is also organized, a forward thinker, and has excellent communication skills. The candidate will have a passion for building client relationships and be ready to assist all aspects of the team especially to fulfillment and the CEO.

A highly motivated individual with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility and the ability to converse with all levels both internally and externally.
Must be energetic and self-motivated. Willing to do whatever is required to get the job done. You’re also resourceful when it comes to figuring things out
Decisive, structured and organized, with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent at working and delivering against deadlines and the ability to work under pressure.
Performs as a team-player.
Customer Care

· Always aim to deliver an outstanding customer experience to elevate AbodebyWerri through Phone, Email, Chat and Social Media.

· Develop and build a customer-centric environment with the focus on initial purchase to final mile delivery.

· Demonstrate conflict resolution and interpersonal communication skills in order to help deescalated customer opportunities while being empathetic in tone and demeanor.

· Ensure timely, one-touch resolution with all customers.

· Dedication to customer success; you will aim to always go above and beyond, and you won’t stop until you’ve found a great solution for our customers and company

· Report online issues to ensure constant improvement on systems or processes


E-commerce: 2 years (Preferred)
Microsoft Office Suite on PC, (in particular Excel skills) are required
Quickbooks/ invoicing systems
Previous experience with online sales, shipping and order fulfillment is preferred
We are looking for candidates who are good at problem-solving with can-do attitude.
Experience with e-commerce systems such as Shopify is a plus
Takes direction well from Manager, follows procedures, takes notes, and not afraid to ask questions.
Amazing organizational skills and record keeping
Able to take initiative and proactively solve problems.

Persuasive and friendly with strong verbal communications skills
Ability to write and verbally communicate professionally, including appropriate grammar, punctuation, and tone.
Able to work in an extremely fast paced environment, multitasking, shifting gears constantly adapting to the constant changes of the business.
A self-motivated, high energy team player with a positive attitude

Fulfillment Associate
We are looking for self-starting, motivated and committed individual. The Fulfillment Associate play a critical role in our fast-paced environment that requires drive, grit, positivity, and enthusiasm for challenge. In this role, you will execute a variety of warehouse and inventory activities. Ultimately, the success of our fulfillment operation is determined by your ability to execute and effectively delivering a perfect experience for our customers

You Will:

Pick and pack orders according to company standards and brand guidelines
Inspect product to ensure quality
Manage exceptions and report them promptly to lead/manager
Ensure all merchandise is allocated to the correct customer order
Maintain a clean work environment by keeping area clean and products in correct locations
You Have:

Minimum 1 year as previous distribution experience
Previous retail and/or gift-wrapping experience preferred
High level of accuracy and attention to details
Strong communication skills
Solution oriented
Retail industry experience preferred

Requires strong attention to detail. Must be an effective communicator and team player, focused and flexible.
Must be able to collaborate and work within a large and diverse team.
Must be able to prioritize and accomplish multiple tasks with minimal supervision
